What do BWYQ Teacher Training Graduates say about Moli Yoga training?

" Absolutely loved the course - it was everything and more that I wanted to get from learning how to teach this amazing way of life. I learned so much about myself along the way and how to become a better, all-inclusive teacher. I was most pleased with how we learned to vary practice for inclusive access. All very thorough with respect to health and safety; makes me feel quite privileged to have this qualification. Great access to resources on BWY website etc."

- Denise Nicola Smith (Senior Leader, Physical Education Educator)

"I would like trauma aware training (even if just the basics) to form part of the yoga teacher training. Many yoga students will turn up to class with a trauma background. I liked that Natasha included this as part of the course throughout and has shown that it is easy to integrate trauma aware language into the Yoga Teacher Training Certificate...

I think Natasha is the best teacher I have ever come across. She is able to explain complex topics well, she encourages and equips her students to explore and think for themselves. Natasha is a very knowledgeable teacher who inspired us throughout the course. I wish I had come across a teacher with her skillset at university. It has been a privilege to learn from Natasha."

- Hannah Smeeton (dance and languages background)

"I feel that this course eventually helped me to develop my natural creativity as a teacher: once I felt secure enough in my knowledge of asanas and the anatomy of the body. The course also helped to attune my already skills of reflection and using this process to enhance my own practice and the yoga classes I deliver. I gained so much from the course, especially with regards to anatomy and anatomy in relation to the asanas. This, in turn, has given me the skills to be able to effectively plan and deliver safe and well considered yoga classes."

- Claire James (Primary Educator and Forest Schools Leader)

"Excellent training! I would highly recommend this course with Natasha. I was really interested in this as I work as a psychotherapist in the NHS mental health services. I wanted to deepen my knowledge in this area both professionally and personally. It has been a wonderful experience and Natasha's wisdom and kindness have been wonderful. You will feel well supported and guided throughout.
A truly magical experience!"

- Keely Tagg (CBT Psychotherapist and EMDR Practitioner working within the NHS)

"I have learnt to become more confident with my practice and understanding over yoga in general. It's made me appreciate the amount of knowledge there is within in yoga. I have learnt to become more confident with my practice and understanding over yoga in general.. Sometimes it was difficult to meet deadlines due to my dyslexia and other commitments: but Natasha made it a lot easier by supporting me fully and never put pressure on me. "

- Dale Ingram (Athlete and Netball Enthusiast, BSc (Hons) Sport's Business)
